What we are doing to keep our Hotel safe and Covid-19 secure
We have had to make a few changes to the way things operate due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Your room will be available from 3pm to check in.
We wanted to give you some information regarding your stay which may affect you. We do want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, if there is anything else we can do please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are unable to operate a buffet therefore we are asking guests to pre order breakfast. This will be ready for you in the morning. As you enter the restaurant please let the staff know your room number and they will direct you to a table that has been sanitized. During busy mornings we may have to restrict the amount of people at any one time.
Bar & Restaurant Service
Please order your food/drinks at the bar ensuring there are no more than 3 people in the queue at any one time. Food is available Monday to Friday 12pm-2.30pm and 5pm-9pm.
Assistance During Your Stay
Please contact reception by phone should there be any problems or anything we can assist you with. You can also contact reception by pressing 0 on the phones in the hall.
We have installed hand sanitisers in the ground floor of the hotel, please use these. Please do not share the lift with anyone that is not in your household. Please wash your hands prior to leaving your room. If you develop any covid-19 symptoms during your visit please follow the latest government advice, currently to return home using private transport. If you are unable to do so you must extend your booking and self-isolate. Please inform the management team here in every eventuality.
Prior to your arrival your room will have been disinfected with attention paid to the key touch points. For your peace of mind and to reduce the risk of transmission we will not access your room during your stay unless you request this. Supplies are available from reception, please call down to pre arrange and they will be available for you to collect.
If possible, please leave the window open to ventilate the room. Keys should be left in the key box at reception. Bills will be finalised and emailed to you.
